Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the content you upload to and generate with PanSnap. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using PanSnap you agree to these rules.

Prohibited content

You must not use PanSnap to create, request, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive material (NSFW) — including pornographic, erotic, or sexually provocative imagery, and any sexualization of minors (which we report to the authorities);
• Non-consensual likenesses — uploading photos of identifiable people without their consent, or generating deepfakes, face-swaps, or misleading likenesses of real people;
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including content that incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
• Hateful or harassing material — content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation;
• Deceptive or fraudulent material — fake documents, counterfeit goods, scams, or misinformation designed to deceive;
• Intellectual-property violations — content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of others.

Prohibited uses

You must not:

• attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate our content moderation systems;
• resell or embed the service in another product without written permission;
• automate access in ways that degrade the service for others.

How we enforce this policy

Every generation request is screened by automated moderation systems before it reaches an AI model. Content that violates this policy is blocked. Accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content may be suspended without refund for the affected generation, and, where required, reported to the relevant authorities.

Creem (our payment processor) also conducts ongoing compliance monitoring and may test generation outputs.

Reporting

If you believe content generated through PanSnap violates this policy, contact us at support@pansnap.app. We review every report.

Changes

We may update this policy as our service and applicable rules evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "updated" date.
