Terms of Service

1. The Service

PanSnap (pansnap.app) generates AI-designed dinner menus from ingredient inputs you provide. The service is provided "as is"; results are suggestions, not professional dietary or medical advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Credits

• The service operates on a prepaid credit balance.
• New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of credits; grants may expire if unused within the stated validity window.
• Consumption rates (e.g., 200 credits per menu analysis, 100 credits per generated image) are shown in the product interface and may change with notice.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded.

4. Payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by our payment providers (Creem / Stripe). Prices are shown before purchase; purchasing does not create any subscription or recurring charge unless explicitly offered and confirmed.

5. Refunds

Unexpired, unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request (support@iswear.tech), provided they were not granted as part of a promotion. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata at our discretion. Consumed generation costs are non-refundable because compute has been spent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you lack rights to;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service;
• share account credentials or abuse free credits via multiple signups;
• use outputs to misrepresent AI-generated photos as your own photography commercially without attribution.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the menus you generate and may use them freely for personal purposes. We retain ownership of the platform, brand and underlying models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Always follow food-safety best practices when cooking.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
